- Choose 1-ply L7280 for high-use lines. Each roll is longer (794 m against 637 m) and wider (25.5 cm against 23 cm), so production lines and maintenance bays change rolls less often.
- Choose 2-ply L7282 for instruments and benches. The two-layer, double-soft sheet wipes without leaving marks, which suits instruments, lab benches, and assembly parts.
- Stock both where jobs differ. Many plants keep 1-ply on the production line and 2-ply at inspection stations and lab benches.
Neither product specification lists solvent use, so solvent jobs belong with the wipers in the next section. A paper roll is the wrong tool when:
- the job needs repeated hard scrubbing on rough surfaces
- the wiping involves solvents or alcohol
- a heavy oil film has to come off
- the same sheet needs to be rinsed, wrung out, and used again
- rough castings or heavy scrubbing are routine and the plant already runs a laundry routine, which is where cloth shop towels come in
For the first four, a nonwoven wiper takes over:
- L7206 multi-task cleaning cloths (23 cm × 176 m per roll, 2 rolls per carton): high absorbency, dry or wet use, and reusable, for wiping machines, parts, and surfaces in food manufacturing and precision machinery plants. It comes as a continuous roll, like the paper towels.
- L7212 multi-purpose wipes roll (20 × 30 cm, 580 sheets per roll, 2 rolls per carton): wood pulp fiber and polyester with raised dots, low lint, durable and tear-resistant, compatible with solvents, and washable for repeated use, for production line machinery, maintenance workshops, and wiping workpieces and processed parts.

How Do You Set Up a Floor-Stand Wiping Station?
The LE-0002 floor stand dispenser is a metal fold-out frame, 92 cm high and 45 cm wide, weighing 2.7 kg, with a stainless steel serrated blade for tearing sheets. It stands firmly once unfolded, assembles without tools, and holds a full roll up to 33 cm in diameter, 33 cm wide, and 6 kg, so whether a roll fits comes down to its size. The L7280 (25.5 cm), L7282 (23 cm), and L7206 (23 cm) rolls are all within the width limit. Wood pulp paper rolls and nonwoven rolls are different materials, so rolls of a similar width can differ in diameter and weight; check each roll against all three limits.
Loading a Roll onto the LE-0002
- Slide a plastic shaft onto the roll holder bar, press a spring clip to widen its opening, and slide the spring clip onto the bar from the same side.
- Slide the paper roll onto the roll holder bar, then slide the second plastic shaft and spring clip onto the other end of the bar the same way to hold the roll in place.
- Unfold the floor stand main body and set it steadily on the floor.
- Place the ends of the roll holder bar directly into the slots on the stand.
- Slide the paper tearer onto the stand from above, with its teeth facing out.
Where to Place the Station
- Put the stand next to the machine or workbench where the wiping happens, but outside the machine's range of motion and clear of walkways.
- Place a lined waste bin beside the stand for used sheets.
- Keep a spare roll nearby, so a roll change does not mean a trip to the stores.
- Move the whole stand when the work moves; at 2.7 kg, it is light enough to carry.
