Testing and documentation
Every Gbuuty item carries SGS test reports for formaldehyde, heavy metals, E. coli, and migrating fluorescent agent, and the premium pads, cotton-soft tissues, and mask substrates add a skin irritation test. Fiber content is declared per item, exactly as the goods are made. Ask for the report for the SKU you are buying, not a generic certificate.
03
Custom and private label
The cotton and makeup pad formats are available for private label on proven specs, with format options such as round, square, or oval, pad thickness, pack count, and dispenser style, and minimums driven mainly by printed-packaging runs. Facial cloths and face towels are confirmed item by item. Essence sheet masks are developed through Graminton’s sheet mask OEM program, where substrate and essence come from the same factory.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are cotton pads and cotton rounds the same thing?
Effectively yes. “Cotton rounds” are round pads, and “cotton pads” or “makeup remover pads” are the same disposable squares or ovals under a different name. Range by the term your shoppers search; the product is the same. Formats and carton math are in our cotton pads sourcing guide.
What are Gbuuty pads and facial cloths made of?
The premium cotton pad is cotton fiber with rayon in a soft multi-layer construction for low linting; the rhombus embossed and skinprep pads combine rayon with cotton fiber; the ultra-thin pad uses rayon and polyester for wet strength. Facial cloths are spunlace nonwovens of plant fiber and polyester, and the premium cotton-soft tissues are rayon and polyester. Full fiber content is on every spec sheet, and none of these items are flushable.
Which format suits a toner compress, and which suits makeup removal?
For a toner compress, the ultra-thin and stretchable formats: soak the pad, pull it thin, and lay it on as a localized sheet compress that clings closer to the skin than a rigid round. For makeup removal, the thicker multi-layer cotton pad holds more product and resists tearing. A retailer usually ranges one of each.
Which textures of facial cloth should a retailer stock?
Three textures cover most shelves: a plain or astronomical-pattern cloth for dry and sensitive skin, a knitted texture for oily and combination skin, and a thicker rhombus texture with a towel-like feel. Each is opened dry and used once, which is the hygiene case against reused washcloths. Textures, materials, and pieces per pack are compared in our disposable face towels guide.
Can Gbuuty formats be supplied under our own brand?
Yes for the cotton and makeup pads, on proven specs or with format customization, with minimums driven by printed-packaging runs rather than production. Facial cloths and face towels are confirmed item by item. For sheet masks, substrate choice and essence development are covered in our sheet mask OEM guide and sheet mask materials guide. Sampling comes before any quotation.
